PLEASE NOTE THAT ESTATE SALES CANNOT BE HELD FOR MORE THAN 2 CONSECUTIVE DAYS AND ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THURSDAYS, WHICH IS OUR TRASH/RECYCLE PICKUP DAY.
The Villas of Tamarind Homes Association, Inc. and the Homeowners in Villas of Tamarind Subdivision, want to maintain the high standards of our community.
Estate and moving sales must be approved by the Board and may last for no more than two (2) consecutive days. The attached form for Estate/Moving sale must be signed by resident/resident’s representative as well as a representative of the company conducting the sale.
The form assures estate sale procedures are not an impediment to Villa residents.
The Board will review the resident/resident's representative completed Estate/Moving Sale request, and notification of recommendations and approval will be provided in writing to the Owner within 30 days of the submission.
